So recently Mommy noticed something funny going on with my ear. It looked like the color of my fur was changing. It started off in a small spot and last week, it was down one edge of my ear. You can maybe sees it in this photos:
Mommy gots so worrieds that before bed on Thursday she googled it and saw that it might be mites, also called mange or scabies. These were not good words to Mommy. So the next day we went to see Dr. G. The good news is, I don't haves mites. The bad news is I'm not as perfect as we thoughts I was.
Dr. G. said that the strange coloring on my ear and the way my fur was coming out there was because of a deformity. Oh, my gosh. I can't believe that I's deformed! Well, my furs anyway. See how sad I am lying on Daddy's lap?

It's been very hard for me accepts this new realities. But I will tries. Canine Carry Outs - my favorite treat - sure do help. And this week, Mommy is taking us to class for "educational" purposes. I am sure I will get lots of loving from Mommy's students. We just won't tell them I'm not so perfect.

Hey Dasiy I love cannie carry outs too! You know I have a 'crunchy ear' Mom says. It is deformed because its crunched up together making it shorter than my other ear. Don't worry abouts your fur maybe you can dye it back!

I have that deformity too. I call it being unique, and embrace it.

Daisy, I think everysone has some little deformity of some kind, so I's wouldn't worry about it, especially since there's really nothing wrong with it that could hurt you. But still, playing it up for some canine carry outs, yeah, that's a good plan!
Baby says- don't worries Daisy- you look perfect to me. And I have a funny ear too cause once Daddy had an accident with some sissors after I gots sprayed by a skunk. That was terrible terriblies.
